To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the creation of the
Jimmy Choo line, Tamara Mellon had Marilyn Minter photograph the Crystal Anniversary Collection, featuring sky-high stilettos encrusted with crystals and jewels, splashing around in gold liquid. Mellon has planned a number of collaborations and projects to commemorate the 15-year anniversary, but quickly chose Minter to kick off the series: “I have long been a collector and a fan of Marilyn’s work and know that she can capture the essence of my vision.”
