Toronto: Luminato

This weekend kicked off my summer tour festival-hopping across Canada over the next four months on assignment with The New Yorker + The Canadian Tourism Commission. The Canadian festivities began in Toronto with its multi-arts festival, Luminato. Burlesque: Les Coquettes

A BIG "thank you" to Les Coquettes, for giving me a fun send off on my last night in Toronto, with their cabaret burlesque show, set to hits from the 1980's. I just about died of happiness as the show closed to the final scene from "Dirty Dancing". Check them out next time you find yourself in TO.
