Given the big trend with famous Directors taking on special short film or commercials for designers, it should come as no surprise that Chanel has hired legendary Oscar winning Martin Scorsese for their men's fragrance, will star French actor, Gaspard Ulliel, and will air worldwide in September. The director follows in the footsteps of fellow filmmakers Baz Luhrmann and Jean-Pierre Jeunet, who directed Nicole Kidman and Audrey Tautou respectively, in big budget advertisements for Chanel No.5
